Tommy Smith, the sewing machine expert from Alabama who now resides in Honduras, came out today to look at our setup. He is very encouraged by what we are doing and wants to help us. He looked over the machines that were donated and concluded that we were given quite a variety, from simple to complex; and from fairly new to quite old. He's going to start doing some research with regard to parts. He did it reiterate that many of the machines can run on 110 volts. He's also going to look for a mechanic who can help us get some machines in working order so that we can start producing. Very encouraging.
It certainly is great having Jeff here. Sadly, we're going to have to share him with some of the other missionaries.
